Corporate Application Engineer

Responsible for providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electronic equipment, computer systems and/or complex software. Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Works on routine applications problems with some guidance from more senior level department managers. Small tasks involving product specs and/or features with moderate complexity with target completion dates. Provides technical notes to internal customers.

BS with 0 - 2 years of experience. Basic knowledge of computer science and digital design is required.
